Which Marvel Rivals Heroes Need Buffs, Nerfs, or Reworks?

Today I’m going through every Marvel Rivals hero in Season 7.5 and giving my honest thoughts on where they stand going into Season 8. Some heroes feel healthy, some probably need buffs, some need nerfs, and a few may need deeper changes depending on how NetEase wants the game to develop competitively. This is not just a tier list. I’m looking at each hero from the perspective of ranked play, team value, counterplay, mechanical demand, frustration factor, and whether their current design is actually good for the long-term health of Marvel Rivals. Some characters may be strong without needing nerfs, while others may be weak statistically but still problematic from a design standpoint.
