Mercedes Martinez vs Rhia O'Reilly

Rhia is at something of a disadvantage in her 1 Fall match against Mercedes as she is battling barefoot. However, despite an early stomp to the foot from Mercedes, the opening moments of this match are well-balanced. Both women apply and counter holds in quick succession, each seeking control of her opponent. A reverse Headlock gives Mercedes that first period of dominance. Rhia tries to battle back and secures a leglock, but her bare feet again prove her downfall as Mercedes is able to escape the hold. Mercedes mean streak proves to be an additional weapon in her arsenal, as Rhia discovers when being choked against the top rope. In the end, it's an opportunistic pin that settles this one.
