Easy Oreo Cookies!

Easy Oreo Cookies with Oreo buttercream icing ASMR. What... we are making cookies... from cookies.... Yes, we are and they are delicious and YES they kinda look like Crumbl Cookies! I made the best ever Oreo cookie recipe and they're so easy to make, follow along to make it. These cookies are super soft, thick, and delicious, they’re sweet and chocolatey with buttercream icing packed with Oreo pieces! And omg they’re super delicious. All you need is: For the cookies: 25 Oreos 145g plain flour 25g cornflour 25g cocoa powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 190g butter softened 90g granulated sugar 30g icing sugar 1 large egg For the icing: 150g unsalted butter, softened 200g icing sugar 1-2 tbsp milk (if needed) 2 Oreos, finely crushed Plus crushed Oreos or whole Oreos to decorate This makes 10 cookies Bake 180C/160C (fan) 8-10 mins TIP: Make sure to let the cookies cool fully before adding the icing.
