WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... Hats off to Shinsuke Nakamura, when I suggested we do a Christmas Day Advent Calendar Workout he was well up for the challenge. Either that, or he had no idea what I was talking about. But we did it anyway and finished it off with 25 Fireman Style Sandbag Lunges on each leg.
