2D clothing has been completely destroyed... (800 Robux Fee)

This is now my 3rd video about Roblox destroying 2D clothing (shirts/pants/t-shirts) And yep it gets worse every time! Roblox has now said it will cost players 600 Robux to upload 2d clothing, and a further 200 robux to publish it/put it on sale on the marketplace. You also must be age verified to upload clothing.
