Full Recipe: Ingredients: • 2–4 skinless salmon filets • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning For the glaze: • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 4 tbsp unsalted butter • ¼ cup honey • 1 tbsp soy sauce ⸻ Instructions: 1. Season the Salmon: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, lemon pepper, and Old Bay. Generously season both sides of your salmon filets. 2. Sear the Salmon: Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon filets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the salmon from the pan and set aside. 3. Make the Glaze: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt, then stir in the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add Sweet & Savory Flavor: Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Let the mixture simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Glaze & Finish: Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the glaze over the top. Let it simmer for another minute to soak up all that flavor. 6.
