One fine day, their quiet life gets turned upside down when their trademark sigil starts appearing across India in a spate of con jobs. An over ambitious Inspector Jatayu Singh (Pankaj Tripathi) picks them up for questioning, only to find out that a couple of imposters are pulling off con-jobs under Bunty and Babli’s name. This doesn't go well with the original Bunty and Babli. Inspector Jatayu threatens Rakesh and Vimmi to join him in the hunt for imposters. A reluctant Rakesh and Vimmi join half-heartedly.
