Alex Gracia vs Lexie Fyfe

Alex is eager to build up her technical wrestling repertoire and asks veteran Lexie to show her a few submission holds and counters she can add to her arsenal. Lexie is perfectly willing to help and eases into the lesson by gently applying a standing Full Nelson. When Gracia manages to power out of the hold and clamp on a Hammerlock, Lexie’s instincts take over and in an instant, she sends Alex to the canvas with a Snapmare before locking on a Sleeper and transitioning to a seated Abdominal Stretch. Fyfe seems to recognize that she overreacted, but her subsequent ‘lessons’ yield similar results until Lexie manages to lose all control and nails Alex with an F5! Unable to resist, Alex graduates to the advanced lesson which comes right out of the school of hard knocks. Gracia finds herself caught in painful Boston Crabs, STFs, Dragon Sleepers and Mexican Figure Fours. Thoroughly beaten and broken, Alex has no choice but to submit and flunk out of Lexie’s school of technical wrestling.
