Let's Examine A Hebrew Martial Art - Abir Qesheth

This was highly requested by viewers, so we decided to examine and critique this interesting martial arts out of the Jewish world (or so it claims). This is Abir and it is mainly taught by Yehoshua Sofer, a Hasidic Jew that was trained in Eastern martial arts and the Hebrew Old Testament.
